Introduction to advertising: blog task

1) One of the key convention of this Haribo advert is the picture as it helps the audience visualise the product.

2)The picture would appeal to the audience as it is colourful and seems friendly to the target audience.

 The logo is a friendly red with a white outline and its showed through bubble writing which would make it look young and friendly.

The background is blue with a light beaming onto the sweet packets as if it is reward which could say that the sweet is rewarding when ate.  

The slogan " kids and grown-ups love it so, the happy world of Haribo." This shows that anyone of any age enjoy Harbio's and that Harbio's make the world a better place.#

3) The unique selling point of Haribo's is to children as more children eat sweets than adults so they would try to make the advert more appealing to children.

ebi: A real shame, Shamsher. Although you missed some of the lessons leading up to the exam, you should have been able to give the questions a go - your a bright boy, you could have tried harder to understand what each question is asking from you.

5) The use of san serif suggest that its targeting an older audience
Saying royal update shows exclusivity to the audience.Using san serif would show that its a expensive and not your normal magazine as Tatler is a magazine mainly for rich posh people.
